  • Overview

    Delicious garlic olive oil dip made with 5 core ingredients for the best easy appetizer! This simple olive oil dip is filled with savory, salty flavors and a kick of heat for dipping your favorite bread like focaccia or a sliced baguette.
  • What you need

    Garlic: freshly minced garlic
    Red pepper flakes: a little kick of spicy 
    Dried oregano: for that true Italian flavor
    Parmesan: delicious saltiness
    Olive oil: duh.
    Salt & pepper: core ingredients
    For garnish: parsley or basil for freshness.
  • Finishing Touches

    Combine the ingredients. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano to a small bowl or plate. Grate the parmesan into the bowl, then pour the olive oil on top.
    Mix it up. Stir everything together and season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish & serve. Top with fresh chopped parsley or basil and serve it with pieces of bread!

Lemon Vinaigrette

With its zingy, bright lemon flavor, it'll blow any store bought dressing out of the water. It's what you can find in our teams fridge all the time.

  • Assembly

    In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and honey, if using.

    Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue to whisk until the
    dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, combine everything in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine.

  • What you need

    Fresh lemon juice – To make it zippy

    Olive oil – It gives the dressing body and richness.

    Garlic – It adds a nice kick.

    Dijon mustard – For tangy depth of flavor.

    Honey or maple syrup – optional, but its sweetness perfectly balances everything

    Fresh or dried thyme – Ag.

    & salt and pepper -

  • Finishing Touches

    Add the thyme, if desired, and season to taste. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. The olive oil will solidify a bit in the fridge. To soften,
    let the dressing sit at room temp for a few minutes and stir before
    using.
